- Lickitung is a bipedal Pokémon with a thick, powerful tail and a round body. Its skin is soft and pink, with curved yellow lines on the belly and a yellow ring on each knee. Each hand has a thumb-like claw, and each foot has a single large nail.
- On the palms of its hands and the soles of its feet, it has a yellow spot. It has a long, prehensile tongue and beady eyes. When the tongue is pulled, it is likely connected to the tail, which twitches.
