Bonus Stat: HP 7.7%
Skill Effect: When switching characters, the new character taking the field has their ATK increased by 24% for 10s. This effect can only occur once every 20s.

Everlasting Moonglow

Bonus Stat: HP 10.8%
Skill Effect: Healing Bonus is increased by 10%, Normal ATK DMG is increased by 1% of the Max HP of the character equipping this weapon. For 12s after using an Elemental Burst, Normal Attacks that hit opponents will restore 0.6 Energy. Energy can be restored this way once every 0.1s.

Ocean-Hued

2-PC: Healing Bonus +15%
4-PC: When the character with this artifact set heals a party member, 1 Foam will appear. It accumulates healed HP for 3 seconds, then explodes and deals 90% of the HP healed as DMG to nearby enemies. Max accumulated healing is 30,000 HP, including over-heal. There can only be 1 Foam active, but it stays even if you swap out. Foam CD is 3.5s.

Maiden

2-PC: Character Healing Effectiveness +15%.
4-PC: Using an Elemental Skill or Burst increases healing received by all party members by 20% for 10s.

Genshin Impact Barbara Guide: Talent Level-Up Materials

Barbara’s Talent and Ascension materials can be found in Mondstadt. In order to level up and Ascend Barbara, you’ll need to fight the Hydro Hypostasis – one of the many elemental cubes that can be found across Teyvat. As a healing character, you have to max out her Elemental Skill and Elemental Burst and then move onto her Normal and Charged attack.

Perform up to 4 water splash attacks that deal Hydro DMG.

Charge Attack: Consumes a certain amount of Stamina to deal AoE Hydro DMG after a short casting time.
Plunge Attack: Gathering the might of Hydro, Barbara plunges towards the ground from mid-air, damaging all enemies in her path. Deals AoE Hydro DMG upon impact with the ground.

Summons water droplets resembling musical notes that form a Melody Loop, dealing Hydro DMG to surrounding enemies and afflicting them with the Wet status.

Barbara’s Normal Attacks heal your characters in the party and nearby allied characters for a certain amount of HP, which scales with Barbara’s Max HP.
Her Charged Attacks generate 4 times the amount of healing.
Regenerates a certain amount of HP at regular intervals for your active character.
Applies the Wet status to the character and enemies who come in contact with them.

Shining Miracle

Heals nearby allied characters and your characters in the party for a large amount of HP that scales with Barbara’s Max HP.
